I've been fortunate to have an incredible career in the music industry over the past three decades. I'm a composer, producer, songwriter, studio musician, educator, musical director, multi-instrumentalist and clinician having worked with artists from country singers to jazz icons, pop stars and classical artists. As Chairman of the Guitar Department at the LA College of Music (as well as international clinician and mentor for USC and The Berklee College of Music), I've dedicated a great deal of my life to empowering musicians with knowledge to build their own career.

I've worked with everyone from country singers LeAnn Rimes and Lee Ann Womack; jazz icons George Duke, Tom Scott, and Bobby Watson; pop artists Jennifer Lopez, Whitney Houston, Christina Aguilera, Weezer and the Backstreet Boys; and classical artist Josh Groban (where I've been Musical Director for the past 20 years). I've also worked with legends like Babyface, Al Jarreau, Herbie Hancock, Luther Vandross, Patti Labelle, Natalie Cole, Huey Lewis and the News, Nick Lachey, Stevie Wonder, Earth Wind and Fire, David Foster, Stevie Wonder, Bette Midler.
